What is Chi?


As per Traditional Chinese Medicine, the cause of diseases in our body is due to the imbalance of the life forces in our body. This Life force present in our body is known as 'Qi'. Like blood, Qi is also believed to flow throughout our body. Qi circulates through our body through specific pathways known as meridians. A block in these meridians can impede the flow of Qi in our body and thereby causing an imbalance in the flow of Qi in our body.
